The brief
What Mateshwari Crane Udaipur needed
Mateshwari Crane provides crane and heavy-lifting services, working with contractors, builders and industrial clients around Udaipur. Its customers want to know immediately what the company does and trust that it can handle serious loads safely. The logo needed to say crane hire at a glance, look strong and dependable, and survive harsh real-world use on vehicle bodies, site boards and safety equipment, often seen from a distance or through dust.
The idea
How the mark works
The concept is direct: an illustrated crane with its boom raised, lifting a suspended load. There is no ambiguity about the service, which matters to a contractor scanning a list of suppliers or spotting a vehicle on a highway. The illustration is simplified into solid shapes with clear outlines, so it can be painted on a truck, cut in vinyl or printed in one colour without losing detail. The raised boom and hanging load create a strong diagonal, giving the mark a sense of action and capability. Beneath it, a heavy wordmark anchors the composition, much as a crane's base anchors its lift.
Colour
Red signals energy and the safety colours of industrial sites, while charcoal adds weight and seriousness to balance it.
Typography
A heavy, broad wordmark reflects strength and stays legible on large vehicles viewed from across a construction site.
Where it lives
- Crane body and truck livery
- Site boards and hoardings
- Safety helmets and uniforms
- Quotations and invoices
